A family may bring no more than six (6) guests to the pool on any one day.
Any non-member (in or out of town) is considered a guest. Members must register all guests upon entering
pool area.
Each membership will receive 20 complimentary guest passes at the beginning of the pool season to use at their discretion. The passes will be added to the account and when registering a guest, the pass will automatically be deducted from the account. Once the 20 passes have been used, additional passes can be purchased and added to your account at the cost of $5 per pass. This is done through the membership desk, the guards will no longer accept money at the gate for guest fees.
If a member brings a guest and has no guest fees on their account, the guards will charge the account for the appropriate number of passes. Members will be invoiced the 15th of each month throughout the pool season for additional passes that have been charged to account.
Primary members are responsible for all the guest that any family member (including your children) bring to the pools.
If a guest leaves one pool and enters another on the same day, the member's account will not be debited for an additional guest pass. The guards will be able to see the information on the screen
Grandchildren (18 years of age or under) will not be charged a guest fee
when accompanied by a member grandparent.
Non-Member Sitter / Caregiver / Nanny Policy
One full-time sitter may be added to a member’s account for the summer pool season.
Sitters must be at least 16 years old and may only enter the facilities when accompanying the member’s children.
Occasional sitters must adhere to the guest fee policy.
Sitters who were registered last season must be re-registered in person by the member.
New sitters must be registered by the member in the Pro Shop & both must be present to obtain a key tag.
