Late Fees Membership dues are due on April 1 and October 1 of each year. Unpaid accounts are delinquent on April 10 and October 10 at which point you may no longer use the facilities. After April 15 and October 15, all unpaid accounts are assessed a late fee of $25. After May 15 and November 15, all unpaid accounts are assessed a second late fee of $25.
